Mattresses, mattress sets, box springs and large furniture items will arrive via freight truck. A customer service representative from Mattress Warehouse will call to arrange delivery. An adult 18 or over must be at home to accept delivery. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or any areas not accessible by road. Small parcels, including pillows, sheets, protectors and other small sleep and bed accessories will ship via FedEx or UPS. Signatures are not required. Failure to be home on the scheduled delivery date, necessitating a second trip by our driver, will result in a re-delivery charge.
