أصدر مجلس التعليم العالي القرار رقم /5/ تاريخ 4/10/2018 القاضي بجواز قبول الطالب الحاصل على الشهادة الثانوية في عام القبول نفسه في مفاضلة التعليم المفتوح للتسجيل في الجامعات السورية.

واشترط القرار ألا يقل عمر الطالب المتقدم عن الـ(24) عاماً ولم يسمح له معدله في الثانوية بالتسجيل في جامعة من الجامعات الخاضعة لأحكام قانون تنظيم الجامعات أو معهد تابع للمجلس الأعلى للتعليم التقاني.

يذكر أن مجلس التعليم العالي أصدر في وقت سابق قراراً يقضي بإلغاء ﻗﺒﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺎﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻮية الحديثة في نظام التعليم المفتوح، لينحصر القبول على الطلاب الحاصلين على الشهادة الثانوية لعام 2016 وما قبل.

The Higher Education Council issued Decision No. 5 of 4/10/2018 on the admission of a student who has a secondary school certificate in the same year of admission in the differentiation of open education for registration in Syrian universities.

The decision stipulated that the applicant must not be less than 24 years of age and that his / her secondary level is not allowed to enroll in a university that is subject to the provisions of the Universities Regulation Law or the Higher Education Institute.

It is noteworthy that the Higher Education Council issued earlier a decision to cancel the acceptance of modern secondary certificates in the open education system, to be limited to admission to students who have a secondary certificate for the year 2016 and earlier.
