Here are Europe's worst drivers | BT Udland - www.bt.dk Are you going on a car holiday this summer? Then it is important to be aware of some very special drivers on the trip. On European roads, there is a risk of meeting a large number of motorists who can not figure out how to comply with traffic rules. At least that's how it sounds in a new study on driving habits conducted by IPSOS, according to. The survey, in which IPSOS asked 12,400 Europeans about driving habits, shows that 79 percent have a negative attitude about their fellow drivers' driving. However, there was one country in particular that stood out in the study. 91 percent of the respondents from Greece were extra critical of other countries' driving habits and compliance with rules. In contrast, they were the least judgmental from Spain and Britain. But having said that, it was Greece who scored the most points when you look at which country shows the most unacceptable behavior on the country's own roads. Here, just over 77 per cent admitted that they make calls while driving, while 83 per cent answered that they use their smartphone at the wheel. If you look at the category 'dangerous driving', Greece was also at the top. One third of the Greeks answered that they had either driven too fast, driven towards red or did not keep a sufficient distance to those in front. So even though the Greek drivers were the population group that was most skeptical of others, it was at the same time the country that admitted the most violations. What is your home worth?
