Wanted for brutal assaults | BT Krimi - www.bt.dk Copenhagen Police are looking for a 24-year-old Dutch citizen, Yahye Mohamed Omar, who is suspected of complicity in a aggravated assault in Silkegade in inner Copenhagen. The assault took place on Sunday morning in an apartment hotel, where a 25-year-old man was stabbed several times with a knife, had one of his cheeks cut open, his left ear cut off and several cuts in his legs. Tuesday night, Copenhagen Police arrested a 20-year-old man who is suspected of the assault together with an accomplice. And that is the accomplice the police are now looking for. He is internationally wanted. You can see him in the picture at the top of the article and below: According to the Copenhagen Police, the two young men did not only commit the gross knife violence against the victim in Silkegade. Both are also charged with jointly three hours before the knife attack inflicting fatal injuries on a 28-year-old man in a room at Hotel NH Collection in Strandgade 7 in Copenhagen. Here, the severely beaten victim was found in a life-threatening condition at noon on Sunday, but according to the police charge, he was subjected to the fatal violence to the head already in the morning in the period between 06.30-06.41. The victim was taken to Rigshospitalet for treatment, where his life could not be saved, and on Monday night he was declared dead. The 24-year-old Dutch citizen, Yahye Mohamed Omar, is wanted and charged with the two serious crimes in Copenhagen on Sunday. One of the two suspected perpetrators of the murder was produced on Wednesday afternoon in a constitutional hearing behind closed doors in the Copenhagen Judges' Guard, while his 24-year-old friend from the Netherlands is now internationally wanted.
