Kim Youngkyun (김영균), also known for his stage name Hwiyoung, is a member of SF9 under FNC Entertainment. Aside from his flower boy looks and gentleman demeanor, Hwiyoung is also considered as the "Happy Virus" of the group. Fans describe him as an emotionally sensitive member despite of his upbeat personality.

He debuted as a member of SF9 on October 5, 2016 with the group's first single album "Feeling Sensation".

In 2018, he participated as a contestant in Mnet's "High School Rapper 2".
