Everyone was furious after the Bryan Adams concert - but not Katja: It was people's own fault | BT Musik - www.bt.dk It was not the organizers' fault that Tuesday's Bryan Adams concert ended in chaos. That is the opinion of Katja Zarp, who was one of the many Danes who had bought a ticket to see the legend play in Forum - and who actually escaped without any problems, despite the fact that she first arrived at the arena a quarter of an hour before the concert. "It must be because people have forgotten what it's like to go to a concert," smiles the 53-year-old secretary, who had a brilliant experience, even though a look at the event's Facebook profile paints a somewhat different picture. As B.T. could write Wednesday, the concert ended in chaos, just before it had begun, when a kilometer-long queue took shape in front of the Forum. Several concert-goers missed several numbers because they only reached the entrance half an hour inside the concert. Others left the concert early because they felt masturbated by the many people. But Katja Zarp did not have that experience. Together with her husband and two pairs of friends, she had eaten at a restaurant 300 meters from the Forum before going into the dark and chanting on Bryan Adam's big hits. However, the food was delayed, so when it was 7.45 pm, they had to admit with disappointment that they had to drop the ordered dessert if they were to reach the start of the concert, which started a quarter of an hour later. But the disappointment only got bigger as they turned the corner and saw the massive queue. Katja Zarp was at a concert with her husband, Bo Zarp, and two pairs of friends. "We could clearly see that we simply would not achieve that," says Katja Zarp, who therefore agreed with her company that they had nothing to lose by going up to the front of the queue and waiting. It seemed futile to walk a mile and a half in the opposite direction to line up, and then snail a mile and a half back. “We might as well stand up at the entrance and be ready. The queue would end at some point, and when the last one had entered, we could join, "says Katja Zarp. Instead of walking along the queue, it went the opposite way around the building. And here, to their amazement, they discovered another entrance, where the guards were almost just waiting for people they could visit and lock in. “There was a team of young boys in front of us. And we could not help but laugh at each other: 'What the hell is going on?'. We really did not understand why there were no others who had asked questions about the long queue, "says Katja Zarp. "But it's probably because we are so good at adhering to the good kitchen culture in this country, so everyone had just stood behind each other like lemmings without examining whether there were other entrances." Katja Zarp has chosen to share his experience partly to give others a good tip for the next time - and to defend the organizers, who have been under massive criticism in recent days. B.T. has since Tuesday tried to get a comment from All Things Live Denmark, which was behind the concert. On Wednesday, it sounded like you would return if you got the questions in advance, but B.T. have not since heard anything from the organizer. Otherwise, it would be obvious to ask if the guards should not have made the many waiting guests aware that there were several entrances on the other side of the building. However, Katja Zarp does not believe that All Things Live Denmark was to blame for the chaos. 'I actually do not think so. After all, they did not have an earthly chance to see how long the queue actually was. They wrote on Facebook that there were several entries, so I do not think it is their fault, "she says. And the concert - it was also good, says Katja Zarp, who did not have the same experience of massive crowds inside the Forum as several or have reported on Facebook. One just had to move past the queue of people at the entrances and find a place in the middle where there was good air. “It was a cannon concert. Bryan Adams was so good. Megafed. He sang fantastically, "she says enthusiastically. abroad BEATS ALARM: Won a billion: Be good at your home UKRAINE BERLINGSKE Berlingske Media A / S Pilestræde 34 DK-1147 Copenhagen KTlf. +45 33 75 75 33 CVR.no .: 29 20 73 13
