Gang members charged with shooting: Now the court has spoken | BT Krimi - www.bt.dk Four people known guilty of murder and attempted murder. This was the decision on Wednesday afternoon at the Court in Frederiksberg, when a verdict was to be handed down on guilt in a case of a liquidation committed in Husum on the outskirts of Copenhagen in April 2020. A total of six people have been charged in the murder case, where a 22-year-old man was shot and killed in a gang confrontation as he had just gotten into his car. The man was killed on April 8, 2020 in a barrage of shots from a Colt pistol and a Uzi submachine gun on Åfløjen in Husum in Copenhagen. After the murder and the attempted murders in the Husum area in April last year, the police published this photo of one of the perpetrators. It happened, according to police, after the perpetrators of the now banned gang Loyal to Familia (LTF) had been preparing and planning the murder for over a week. And in the days leading up to the actual murder, a couple of the perpetrators had apparently kept the victim's apartment in Brønshøj under observation for days to find out if he was present in the home. Just as the victim had sat in the driver's seat of his own black Toyota in the parking lot in front of the apartment, the car was shot from behind with a rain of projectiles. Three of the shots hit the 22-year-old in the back, leaving him with fatal gunshot wounds. In one of the attempted murders in Brønshøj, the perpetrators brought, among other things, a machine gun of the brand Uzi. When the first called police patrol reached the crime scene, the fatally wounded 22-year-old sat behind the wheel pale and gasping for breath, where the windshield was also shot to pieces. Afterwards, police technicians were able to count 26 shelled cartridge cases from two different weapons on the asphalt behind the shattered car. Police believe they have a pretty good picture of how the perpetrators of the killing communicated with each other because they have managed to break the encryption on the particular EncroChat phones that organized criminals around the world felt safe using freely. But around 2019-2020, the French and Dutch authorities managed to crack the encryption, and it has played a hugely central role in the taking of evidence in the jury trial on the gang murder from Husum. "The decrypted communication from EncroChat contains a degree of detail that I have never seen before in criminal cases," Special Prosecutor Laura Birch pointed out in her proceedings. In doing so, she gave a few examples of some of the text messages that were exchanged up until the killing: “So what, brother. I have four pistols and one AK (-47 submachine gun, ed.). Sends photo in a bit. Also has a 365 (Sig Sauer pistol, ed.) In remote storage. ' According to the prosecutor, the gang war between LTF and the Husum group broke out in earnest after shots were fired at apartments in Frederiksberg on 19 March in connection with LTF and the Husum group, respectively. And a week later, a man was shot in the ball at Gadelandet in Brønshøj, after which one of the suspected perpetrators was hit shortly after on his bike at Vestvolden in Husum, so he was later that night found fatally injured in an apartment in Søborg. That death was, in the opinion of the police, the reason for the shooting shortly after of the 22-year-old victim of the Husum murder, ABROAD Save 40% Message to Putin BERLINGSKE JUDGMENT Scary video Media Berlingske Media A / S Pilestræde 34 DK-1147 Copenhagen KTlf. +45 33 75 75 33 CVR.no .: 29 20 73 13
